FROM ROME BY CAR:
From Rome take the "A1" south (Napoli) and, after leaving
Naples, take the "A3" Napoli - Salerno (not Tangenziale
Napoli). Follow the brown sign "Penisola Sorrentina". Exit
at Castellammare di Stabia and follow Sorrento.
FROM ROME AIRPORT BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
There is a shuttle that connects the Airport with the main
railway station in Rome. From the main station there are
several trains to Naples (the trip takes approximately 2
hours). In alternative, (only on week days) the "Marozzi"
bus leaves from Tiburtina train station at 7:00 am and 3:00
pm: the bus takes directly to Sorrento (Euros 16,00-20,00).
FROM NAPLES CAPODICHINO AIRPORT BY CAR:
From Naples Capodichino Airport follow the A3 Naples-Salerno, in the salerno direction, exit at
Castellammare di Stabia; once in Castellammare di Stabia
follow the National Road 145 (SS 145) as far as Sorrento
which is about 48 kms away from Naples.
FROM NAPLES CAPODICHINO AIRPORT BY PUBLIC MEANS:
From Naples airport you can take a taxi or bus to the
railway station at Piazza Garibaldi. At the main train
station board the local Circumvesuviana trains which leave
for Sorrento every 20 minutes all day. In alternative, from
Naples Capodichino Airport you can take the bus "Curreri", that takes you directly to Sorrento; the
trip takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

FROM NAPLES BY CAR:
Coming along the
A3 motorway from Naples, after bypassing the towns of
Ercolano, Torre Annunziata, Torre del Greco and Pompei, take
the next exit to CASTELLAMARE DI STABIA.
Once out of the toll post follow directions to Sorrento - SS
145 Costiera Sorrentina. Drive through 2 highway tunnels
then along the coast road, by pass Vico Equense, drive
through Meta di Sorrento, Piano di Sorrento, Sant'Agnello di
Sorrento keep along the main road and you will arrive in
Sorrento. Drive along the Corso Italia until the road
becomes one way and you will be obliged to turn either right
of left - turn LEFT into Via degli Aranci and continue along
this road until you come to a T junction - turn LEFT and
continue along the Via del Capo until you get to a Y
junction - keep to your LEFT and follow sign post to S.Agata
which is approx. 8 Km from there. This road is called Nastro
Verde (although they have taken down the name lately) anyway
it takes you along the hillside up to another Y junction
where you will see the Hotel Due Golfi on your left hand
side, here turn to your RIGHT, continue till you come to a T
junction, here turn LEFT.
BY TRAIN:
The Circumvesuviana goes from Naples along the coast ending
in Sorrento, then you have to take the bus to get there.
From Naples Airport ('Capodichino'): You can reach first
Sorrento by bus, then from there you can easily reach Massa
Lubrense using local bus service.
BY BUS: The Sita allow you to explore all the area
from Sorrento to Amalfi.
BY CAR: From Naples' take the A3 highways (Naples -
Salerno - Reggio Calabria) drive south towards Peninsula
Sorrentina, you need to exit from the highway at
Castellammare di Stabia gate, once you left the highway you
must take the SS145 that will bring you in Peninsula
Sorrentina, once reached Sorrento you are few minutes away
from Massa Lubrense, you need only to follow the signs. You
need about 20min to reach Castellammare di Stabia and from
there about 50minutes to reach Massa Lubrense.
BY BOAT: From Naples, Ischia and Capri. You can reach
Sorrento and from there you 'll take a bus to reach Massa
Lubrense.
